Dr. Eva Simmons-O'Brien
Dr. Eva Simmons O’Brien is a board-certified dermatologist and Assistant Professor of Internal Medicine at Johns Hopkins School of Dermatology. Dr. Eva received her medical degree from Yale University and graduated Magna Cum Laude, after receiving her undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College.
Dr. Eva has been practicing medicine for over 30 years and has published research. Dr. Eva worked full time at Johns Hopkins Hospital from 1993-1998 where she also completed her residency.
In 1999, Dr. Eva moved to part-time at the hospital and started working for her own private practice. Additionally, Dr. Eva has consulted for the Food and Drug Administration and served as Vice Chair of the dermatology foundation.Today, Dr. Eva runs Simmons-O'Brien & Orlinsky with her co-founder in Towson, Maryland where she lives with her husband, children, and dogs.
Dr. Eva is also a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology, a member of the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, and the Women’s Dermatologic Society.
