What is Disco?

Disco is a clean skincare brand for men. We provide everything a guy needs for his skin in one place. Our products are clean, our packaging is recyclable, and our subscribe and save program removes the guess work in the replenishment process.

Are all of your products natural?

Yes. Our founder comes from a background in health and wellness and prioritizes the cleanliness of ingredients above all else in the formulation process.

Are your products appropriate for men with all skin types?

Yes. All of our products are formulated to match the optimal pH levels for men’s skin (5.5-6.5pH).

Which skincare products are best for sensitive skin?

We recommend starting with the face cleanser stick, face moisturizer, and face scrub. If your skin reacts well to those, give our face mask a shot!

Which skincare products have anti-aging benefits?

We strongly believe that all men should be using a face cleanser and a face moisturizer. These products are critical to the preservation in the appearance of your skin.

Which skincare products are best for acne prone skin?

The face cleanser stick, face scrub, and face mask all work together to fight blemishes and skin irritation. This triple threat regimen is a great combination to help reduce inflammation and improve your acne.

If I’m on acne or skin medication, can I still use Disco’s skincare products?

Yes. If you are taking a medication like accutane, keeping your skin clean and hydrated is critical. We recommend the face cleanser stick as it is a gentle cleanser and the face moisturizer as it is a powerful moisturizer.

How did you come up with your product formulations?

Our formulations are the result of a meticulous year long process involving our medical advisor, Dr. Eva Simmons-O’Brien and a team of renowned cosmetic chemists in California. You can expect us to keep improving our formula.

Where are your products made?

We make all of our products right here in the United States! We are proud to collaborate with well-respected, formulation partners based in Los Angeles and partner with a renowned dermatologist and group of cosmetic chemists to create our formulations.

Are any of your products tested on animals?

Absolutely not. Disco is proud to be 100% cruelty-free and vegan. We never test our products on animals and only use the cleanest, most natural ingredients available.

Regimen

Where do I incorporate shaving into my skincare routine?

Use your face cleanser stick and face scrub prior to shaving. We recommend using the face cleanser stick and face scrub, then hopping in the shower to wash it off. Pro tip - the face scrub will drastically improve the quality of your shave by reducing irritation. Make sure to pat your face with a hot towel to prepare your face for shaving. After shaving, feel free to slap our face moisturizer on to seal in your aftershave lotion. (Hint, we’ll have one of those soon)!

In what order should I use your products?

Face Cleanser Stick (AM + PM). Face Scrub (1-3x a week). Face Mask (1-2x a week). Face Moisturizer (AM+PM). Eye Stick (AM+PM / As needed). Deodorant.

I’m new to the whole skincare thing, what kit is best for me?

We recommend giving our Starter Kit a shot. This includes the face moisturizer, face cleanser stick, and face scrub. Everything you need to start improving your skin!

I’m already using skincare products but I want to step it up, what kit is best for me?

The Regimen KIt has everything you need. We cover all the basics plus a little more with our face mask and eye stick.

What are the differences between the regimen kits?

We built our five regimen kits based on feedback from customers. We wanted to provide out-of-the box options for guys looking to keep their routines simple.

Do all products work well together?

Of course! Give one of our kits a shot and get 10% off.

Orders

Where do you ship?

Currently, Disco ships to the contiguous United States (minus Alaska and Hawaii) and Canada.

How much does shipping cost?

US shipping is free for all subscription orders, or one-time orders over $50. For US orders under $50, shipping costs $6. Canada shipping costs $15 for both subscription and one-time orders.

Where can I find my order confirmation & shipping confirmation email(s)?

Check your inbox (and maybe your spam folder!). We process your confirmation email immediately upon receiving your order, and shipping confirmation emails are sent the moment your order leaves our shipping center.

How can I check the status of my order / track my shipment?

Log into your account, or refer to the confirmation or shipping emails you received.

When can I expect my order?

If your order is received before 3PM Monday through Friday, we are usually able to get it out the door that same day. We only offer expedited (2-4 day) shipping.

What forms of payment do you accept?

All the major ones: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and most U.S. debit cards. You can also pay using PayPal, Apple Pay or Amazon Pay.

Returns

What is your returns policy?

Our products are made with only the highest quality ingredients possible. If you experience an issue with a Disco product, or it simply just didn’t vibe with you, please get in touch within 30 days of delivery. All first-time subscription orders or one-time purchases are eligible for return. We’ll help you find the right product for you, or simply process your return for a full refund. Email us at hi@letsdisco.com to get started.

For orders that have multiple quantities of the same item - we will refund up to 1 of each.

What if I purchase your products and decide they aren’t for me?

We offer a 30-Day Better Skin Guarantee or your money back on all first-time subscription orders and one-time orders. If you’re not satisfied with your order, email us at hi@letsdisco.com and we’ll refund you.

How do I return my products?

Please email hi@letsdisco.com to begin the return process. Please note that only first-time subscription orders and one-time purchases are eligible for a return. We do not offer returns for re-billed subscription orders at this time. Account

I subscribed to your products, how often will I receive them?

Each product contains a 2-month supply in an effort to reduce the environmental impacts of shipping and waste. Therefore your products will arrive once every 2 months. However some customers go through their products faster or slower, that’s why you can change your frequency by logging into your account.

Why should I sign up for a subscription with Disco?

You’re a busy guy. Why waste your time worrying about picking up a new deodorant from the local pharmacy? You deserve to put your bathroom on auto-pilot.

Will I receive a discount if I sign up for a subscription?

Yes! Save 15% on every subscription; See each product page for more details on specific pricing.

Will I receive a discount if I buy a kit? 

Yes! We offer 10% discounts for each of our kits; See each kit page for more details on specific pricing.

How do I modify my subscription?

Login to your account and select "subscription."

Other

Do you offer a discount for new customers?

Yes. First time customers get 15-20% off their order. Sign up using the email box in the pop-up or the footer at the bottom of the site.

Do you offer e-gift cards?

Yes! We love that you love sharing Disco. E-gift cards can be found in the “All” section.

How can I check my e-gift card balance?

You can view detailed information about a gift card by visiting your account page and clicking the appropriate gift card code.

Can I use multiple promo codes at checkout?

We only allow for the use of one promo code per order. Discount codes, however, can be applied to discounted kit or subscriptions purchases.
