We have a 30-day return policy on all first-time subscription orders and one-time orders. You can submit a return request by reaching out to our customer experience team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards. For subscription orders, we can only accept returns on the first purchase, not on subsequent re-bills. You are always able to change or cancel your subscription by logging into your account or by emailing our team at email@example.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right on your behalf.
