I started Disco to solve the personal frustration I felt when it was time to buy — or replace — my bathroom products. I thought, Why should us men have to buy our self-care products from five or six different places? Why isn’t there a brand that caters specifically to guys’ grooming needs, one that takes real pride in using quality ingredients and that wants every guy out there to embrace the bigger idea that self-care is important for us, too? I wanted something that was about more than just a product.
Enter Disco, a skincare brand for men. We make clean, natural products and sell them at reasonable prices, because we want to build a community of unique men who care about — and really understand — what they’re putting on their skin, and who really relate to the brand they’re using on a daily basis. That’s our mission. To make it easy to be a part of our community, we offer a membership service that lets you put your self-care on auto-pilot, so you can focus on other important stuff (we’re guessing replacing your deodorant isn’t at the top of the list).
Everyone here at Disco is also very passionate about educating guys on the importance of self-care. Taking a wild guess here, but I’m betting a lot of your S.O.s, sisters and female friends have skincare routines, and talk about taking good care of their skin (and themselves overall) often. I want that for us, too. Men’s skin is pretty different than women’s; the benefits of building a routine using products with simple and natural ingredients are major.
